Secrets Cap Cana has a relaxing Spa by Pevonia on-site where you can get facials, massages, hydrotherapy, and several other services. We enjoyed the sauna and hydrotherapy circuit which included cold plunge pools and hot tubs. We recommend at least trying the hydrotherapy circuit and going from there.
